Two hotels belonging to the Accor Group are being built on the corner of Herwarth- / Von-Steuben-Straße in Münster: NOVOTEL with spacious conference rooms and an IBIS budget hotel.

A five-storey existing building of historical value was integrated into the design and houses service areas on the ground floor and other hotel rooms of the Novotel complex on the upper floors.

 

The scale and proportion of the design are based on the morphology of the inner-city and neighboring buildings​
