At the Dorfsee in Schillingsfürst, in Chamberetallee 22 and 24, the construction of two apartment buildings with 11 barrier-free apartments each is planned. Accessibility is comfort in younger years and mandatory for old age! Wider doorways, floor-level showers, intelligent floor plans, spacious south-facing balconies and terraces contribute to a high level of living comfort and provide the residents of the houses with everything they need to be able to live in their own four walls, self-determined, for as long as possible. On the first floors, in addition to tenant storage rooms, there are also storage facilities for walking aids, wheelchairs and baby carriages. Lockable bicycle sheds are located outside for bicycles.

 

The two residential buildings are almost identical in terms of external dimensions and construction. The buildings follow the trend towards sustainable construction and will be built to KFW 40EE standard. In the north of the property, parallel to the property boundary, 22 parking spaces will be created (including six barrier-free parking spaces). Four charging points for electric vehicles will be installed. The south side will be kept free of traffic and will have a communal area with a children's playground.
